10 & Under Rules

THE RULES HAVE CHANGED

The rules of tennis have changed, and now all tournaments and leagues for beginners to advanced level players ages 10 and under will take place in a new, innovative format.

Gone are the days when beginner 10 and under children have to play on the same size court, with the same racquet and balls that the pros use.  Other sports have used age appropriate equipment and formats for years, and now tennis has followed suit.  And by using the right sized racquets, balls, courts, and scoring format for 10 and under players, the game will be easier to learn, as well as providing a better opportunity for success right from the start, which will keep them playing the game.
