Jane Ann Moore Scholarship

Jane Ann Lampton Moore was a lifelong supporter of Mississippi tennis.  She was forever grateful for the friendships that she made on the court playing for her high school state championship team, Mississippi College and parenting three junior tennis players.  Before her passing in 2022, she made a big impact on tennis and tennis was a big part of her and her family’s life.

In her memory, the seven time state champion Mississippi Aces Jr Team Tennis team helped facilitate and raise money for a college scholarship given in her name.

This year’s winner of the inaugural Jane Ann Moore Scholarship is Sarah Robbins.  Robbins was selected for her outstanding career as a student, member of the community, and accomplishments as a tennis player.  Robbins plans to attend the University of Mississippi’s Honors College, where she will pursue Pharmaceutical Sciences through the Early Entry Pharmacy Program before furthering her education at the University of Mississippi’s School of Pharmacy.
