NJTL Leadership Camp in Columbus

Golden Triangle Tennis NJTL hosted a USTA Southern NJTL Leadership Camp on Saturday at Columbus High School, bringing together NJTL participants and chapter leaders from all over the state! The Southern NJTL Leadership Camps provides an opportunity for kids to take part in tennis drills and match play, as well as speakers brought in to give sessions on life skills and mentoring.
Vanita Mattix, president of Golden Triangle Tennis NJTL, served as the host of the event that had over 50 kids in attendance from a variety of NJTL’s. Lance Hickman, USTA Southern committee member, and Jimmie Coins, USTA Mississippi President, were also on hand to assist with the event in coaching and speaking capacities.
