Snowden Grove Tennis Apprentice
Snowden Grove in the City of Southaven hosted yet another successful Tennis Apprentice recently, as new adults are lining up to get involved in tennis. The City of Southaven, Snowden Grove Tennis Director Michael Johnson, and the Northwest Mississippi CTA partner with USTA Mississippi to host Tennis Apprentice sessions each year.
Tennis Apprentice is a program sponsored by USTA Mississippi that is designed to deliver tennis lessons to beginners or players that have not participated in the sport in years. The program offers a series of lessons, as well as a USTA Membership and a new tennis racquet! After the program, the participants are given information about how to move into league and tournament play!
