Red Ball Tennis at the MS Mud Monsters baseball game was a...ball! 

Though the rain threatened and attendance was smaller than Opening Night, the Tri-County CTA and USTA Mississippi still showed up strong Friday night, May 8th, for the Mississippi Mud Monsters baseball game! 

As part of National Tennis Month, Tri-County Tennis CTA & USTA MS partnered with the MS Mud Monsters at Trustmark Park. Fans of all ages got in on the action playing Red Ball Tennis throughout the night! The first 20 USTA members who registered or stopped by our table outside received FREE tickets to the game. 

Inside the stadium — behind 1st base near the inflatables — we had an absolute ball introducing tennis to new players using lower-compression Red Balls and smaller racquets, making the game easier to learn and more fun for players of all ages!  Sharing the joy of tennis with the community is what it’s all about!
