Volunteering for tennis can mean serving on a committee, teaching youth tennis in a public park, raising money for scholarships, and much more. There are many ways in which you can serve the game and make an impact at every level. Most volunteers start at the local levels and then progress to the state and sectional levels. Volunteers are the key to the success of USTA Mississippi. We welcome volunteers in many different capacities. Each volunteer is appreciated and necessary to grow the game of tennis in Mississippi. If you would like to join the USTA Mississippi team, please complete the online interest form.

A USTA Community Tennis Association (CTA) is "any incorporated, geographically defined, not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization that supports or provides programs which promote and develop the growth of tennis." As an association, the group works to coordinate and maintain tennis programs and services; guaranteeing that they are open and accessible to all. Fueled by local volunteers, they exist to promote and develop the game of tennis in the community.
