Volunteer Opportunities

Are you passionate about tennis? Are you interested in volunteering for USTA Mississippi on a committee? Volunteering for tennis is a rewarding opportunity shared by thousands of Americans each year to help grow the game of tennis. Regardless of your skill level, your age, or your background, there are many ways you can serve the sport.

GETTING STARTED

Volunteering for tennis can mean serving on a committee, teaching a youth tennis program, raising money for scholarships, and much more. There are many ways in which you can serve the game and make an impact at every level. Most volunteers start at the local levels and then progress to the state and sectional levels.  Volunteers are the key to the success of USTA Mississippi. We welcome volunteers in many different capacities. Each volunteer is appreciated and necessary to grow the game of tennis in Mississippi. If you would like to join the USTA Mississippi team, please complete the ONLINE INTEREST FORM

Every 2 years, the USTA Mississippi elects a new President and a portion of the Board of Directors.

NOTE: Once selected, all MTA volunteers are required to undergo a background check and Safeplay training through the US Center for Safesport.
