Mississippi Tennis Weekend

The Mississippi Tennis Association will hold its "Mississippi Tennis Weekend" on January 30-31, 2026 in Jackson, MS. The weekend will include a Mississippi Tennis Pros Workshop, the Mississippi Tennis Awards Winners Luncheon, the Mississippi Tennis Hall of Fame Induction Banquet & Ceremony, a Tournament Directors Workshop, as well as the USTA Mississippi Annual Meeting and committee meetings.

The weekend will kickoff with a Welcome Reception & Cocktail Hour on Friday, January 30 at 5pm, which is FREE and open to all pros, USTA MS Board Members, USTA MS Committee members, and Tennis Foundation of Mississippi members.

Following the cocktail reception, we will have a "Red Ball Social" from 6:30-7:30pm inside the indoor center at River Hills, so come dressed to play and try out Red Ball Tennis! Everyone that wants to play can get in on the fun!

MTA Awards Luncheon

The Mississippi Tennis Association will honor it's 2025 Award Winners at the Awards Luncheon on January 31, 2026 from 12pm - 1:30pm. The event will take place at River Hills Club (3600 Ridgewood Rd, Jackson MS 39211). All family, friends, and supporters of award winners are invited to attend.
Tickets are $35 per person, and you may reserve your spot by clicking the registration link below. Deadline to register is January 11.

Tennis Foundation of Mississippi Hall of Fame Banquet

The Tennis Foundation of Mississippi will induct Walker Sahag and Terrie Gooch into the Mississippi Tennis Hall of Fame on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at River Hills Club (3600 Ridgewood Rd. Jackson MS 39211). Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm, with dinner at 6:30. All family, friends, and supporters of the inductees and the Tennis Foundation are invited to attend.
Tickets are $100 per person, and you may reserve your spot by clicking the registration link below. Deadline to register is January 11.
